What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Paypal. 

What currency are prices listed in?

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). However, we do have a currency exchange tool in the top corner of our website which you can toggle on and off to see the prices in your preferred currency.

Can I cancel my order? 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order.

How do I use Promotion/Discount codes?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your order at the checkout screen by entering in the correct code in the respective text box.

*Please note that only one (1) promotion code/discount code can be used per order and restrictions may apply during site-wide sale events.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be delivered between 7-12 business days depending on the size of the order and the location for the delivery. Customers will be notified throughout the shipping process.

Can I have my order shipped to a family member or friend?

Yes of course you can. Just enter the appropriate address information under the order details section when prompted.

Where do you ship to? 

We ship worldwide! 

Can I change my shipping address? 

If you need to make an address change, please email within 30 minutes of the order being placed. We will try our best to change the shipping address but we can’t make any guarantees. However, once a label has been generated - we cannot change the shipping address.

Please double check the shipping address and confirm any unit/apartment numbers before completing the order.

What happens if my package is lost?

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages but if you believe your package is lost, please email us at and we will launch an investigation with the respective carrier.

Are there any customs/duties for international orders?

Threads of Dreams is not responsible for any customs or duties on international orders levied by your country on imported goods. The prices reflected on our site do not include or reflect customs and duties.

My package was returned to sender - what happens now? 

Packages that are sent back to our warehouse due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be refunded - shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

Please double check the shipping address and confirm any unit/apartment numbers before completing the order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return or exchange policy?

We understand buying online can be tough so we've made our return and exchange process as easy as possible for you. Regular priced items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. 

Please note worn or washed products will void return or exchange eligibility. 

When can I expect a refund? 

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process and issue a refund. You’ll then get a refund notification email and from that point it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

I recieved my order but there was a defect - what can I do? 

If you’ve received an item that was defective - please email our support team at and we’ll be able to help you out there. Please be sure to include images of the defect and a brief description.

Please note that washing the item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return.
